When Michelle was young, her interest in science began with animals and the natural world when she discovered Sir David Attenborough’s book Life on Earth. Her passion for science led to her becoming a physician, before she joined Novartis 4 years ago in Gene Therapies. Today, Michelle is an Executive Director in Translational Medicine where she works with her team to design clinical trials to aid in discovering safe and effective new therapies.
