After storms severely damaged the home of a Vietnam veteran, Power Home Remodeling partnered with Habitat for Humanity to provide critical repairs. Through our Power for Good program, we mobilized volunteers to install impact-resistant windows and reinforced entry doors. The result? We provide each employee with $150 to allocate toward the classroom projects POWER people find most meaningful to them. Chester Upland High School was one of the recipients, receiving a revitalized library with the support of our Pennsylvania-based employees.

A major spotlight for us was our Choose for Good initiative in partnership with DonorsChoose, which empowers employees to help direct POWER’s donation efforts. This year, POWER employees helped allocate $500,000 in classroom funding to teachers and schools across the country. By giving our people a voice in how resources were shared, we were able to impact 1,450 teachers and more than 1,000 schools in a single day. We’re excited to share that POWER was featured in USA Today as one of the companies redefining employee perks in 2025. Out of hundreds of submissions, only six standout benefits were highlighted—and POWER was recognized for two of them. First was our Adoption & Surrogacy Assistance program, which offers up to $15,000 to support employees on their path to parenthood, regardless of marital status, gender, or orientation.
