Our remote work environment allows our employees to connect & collaborate virtually, and in turn, makes in-person connections even more special.👍 Just ask Dusty, Services Product Lead, who recently had the opportunity to meet-up with a new colleague, Loryn, while she was in the Denver area visiting her family. Dusty explains, "This reminded me about how great it is to work for a company like Renaissance that prioritizes hiring folks who care about students and accelerating learning. It was such a fun time! Here at Renaissance, our team members give back in amazing ways! 🙌 Guy, Account Manager, recently participated in the New York Marathon and served as a guide to Jenny who is visually impaired.❤️ He has been training with Jenny over the past few months to prep for the event, running several miles together before & after work and on the weekends. Guy definitely demonstrates how we 'Win Together' by supporting the people in the communities we serve.
Matthew, Terra, and their fellow strategic team members recently represented Renaissance at the Council of the Great City Schools fall conference in Dallas, TX.🙌 According to Matthew, this opportunity "led to new learnings, new relationships, and a reminder that our public schools are changing lives."👏 Here's a big shout out to our employees for their constant dedication & drive to make an impact in the districts and communities they serve.

Here's a little #FeelGoodFriday story from Renaissance employee, Nicole - Account Executive 🙂 "It's days like today that I just pinch myself. My partner in crime, Lauren, and I had the total honor to sit with the instructional leaders of Tularosa Municipal Schools. We were just wowed by the passion, dedication, expertise, and honest love of these educators and the students they serve. We were taken on a tour of the school and were able to witness this district in action. We were struck by the kindness, respect, and reverence the students had for their teachers, each other & their leaders. When we remarked about this to our tour guide, the Superintendent replied, 'The kids know we care'".❤️ Nicole, Lauren and our educational partners work together & truly demonstrate how we See Every Student.
