Supervisor Awal Salifu: After completing Army Basic Training and joining the NJ National Guard, Awal seamlessly transitioned to his role at Sunstates. When his original site closed, he quickly adapted and took on a new leadership position. His commitment to excellence and ability to train new officers have been invaluable to our team. Officer Aaron Fernandez: In a short time, Officer Fernandez has made a significant impact. His prior experience in logistics and trucking has been instrumental in his success. His leadership skills and dedication to his team have earned him recognition as Officer of the Month for September and a well-deserved promotion to Site Supervisor.
A doctor at one of our client hospitals in Bowling Green, Ohio, recently sent a letter commending two of our team members for their exceptional care and compassion in assisting a child with special needs. He stated, "It is with pleasure and gratitude that I am reaching out due to the amazing services that two of your security guards exemplified this afternoon and wanted to recognize them for going above and beyond what I would consider their normal duties. I had the wonderful opportunity to witness the handling of a situation that could have been much more difficult, but the two guards, Zach and Chase, handled it with ease and great kindness. Site Visitor Recognizes Sunstates Employee A church member at one of our Dallas sites expressed their gratitude to our team in a heartfelt letter. They commended the team for fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere and specifically acknowledged Site Supervisor Raad Caesar for his quick response to a situation outside the site that made the member feel uneasy.
