With over 30 years of legal experience, Susan has served as a corporate transactional partner at some of the country’s largest law firms, with her most recent role being Chief Legal officer at SmileDirectClub. Tania Dworjan (she/her), Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, found a pro to help support and make her life easier when she needed it most. “Between being a full-time caregiver to my mom and my own health issues, cleaning and organizing wasn’t a priority. I’d been living with a lot of unpacked boxes from a recent transition, so I had a full cleaning service from Thumbtack come clean my house. They unpacked and organized my bookcases so that I could have a whole section of my living room back.”

At Thumbtack, the journey sometimes comes full circle. David Meppen (he/him), began his career at Thumbtack as a Customer Service Rep and then went on to pursue many other endeavors. After gaining experience outside, he realized that the culture, impact and people were what he missed most — and now he’s back as a Sales Operations Analyst, making a difference once again.
