We're excited to share that the inaugural cohort our new Two Six Mentorship Connect Program has just concluded! This marks the beginning of an impactful initiative focused on professional growth through one-on-one guidance from experienced leaders across our organization. Since the start of the program, over 60 employees have generously volunteered their time to power our mentorship program, making it a true example of community and commitment. 95% of Mentees said the program positively impacted their career, and 100% of Mentees felt they have a mentor they can trust to support them in their career moving forward. The program has also helped strengthen leadership commitment- Mentors reported they felt more encouraged to mentor future leaders. People and culture are at the heart of everything we do at Two Six—and this program is one of the many ways we invest in both. By creating opportunities for learning, community, and development, we're reinforcing our commitment to supporting every employee’s success.
We recently had the pleasure of hosting the 2025 TST Family Picnic at the Nova Reston Zoo – and it was nothing short of amazing. Between the thrilling safari rides, face painting, games and giveaways, it was wonderful to see the team enjoy time with their families, making memories that truly reflect the spirit of Two Six.

February 6th—Two Six Day—is a special day for all of us at Two Six Technologies. It’s our annual day of community service, a time when we come together to give back and make a meaningful impact. For the fourth consecutive year, we proudly partnered with Rise Against Hunger to pack meals for those in need. Thanks to our incredible teamwork and dedication, we helped support communities in Tanzania, The Philippines, Madagascar, and Zimbabwe. This year’s event was a huge success, resulting in a donation equivalent to 200,000 meals! The spirit of service and collaboration that defines Two Six was on full display, making this year’s Two Six Day truly unforgettable.
