Four and a half years ago, Marialena Skarlatou decided to transition from the world of law firms into a role closer to the core of the business, joining Uni Systems as a Legal Advisor. What motivated this move was the opportunity to experience firsthand how legal expertise contribute directly to projects, decision-making and collaboration. Today, as Legal Manager for the IT and Green Energy sector of Quest Group, she works together with her team ensuring that Uni Systems moves forward with legal ensuring the security that the constantly evolving landscape of technology requires. Marialena has always been guided by three core values: effort, ethics, and integrity. At Uni Systems, she is being challenged and is applying these values every day, especially when priorities accumulate and complexity increases. She has learned to stay focused and approach complexity as a natural part of evolution while considering this journey as an opportunity to become the person she wants to be.

Together with EY Hellas, we delivered a complete Integrated Risk Management system to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue. By enabling a unified approach to risk visibility, preparedness and response, the project empowers IAPR to anticipate challenges, safeguard critical operations and maintain continuity in an increasingly complex and unpredictable environment.
A new, digital chapter begins for Greek cinema. 🎬 With the completion of the project “Digitization services – creation of a digital archive and applications for the Virtual Museum & Repository of Greek Cinema”, over a century of film history is now preserved in a unified digital ecosystem for the Thessaloniki International Film Festival. Thousands of films, hundreds of directors, rare photographs, scripts, posters, audiovisual material and 30 newly produced interviews are now digitized, documented, and ready to connect with audiences everywhere. 🎬 More than a technology upgrade, this project represents a strategic investment in preserving, promoting, and internationalizing Greek cinema, ensuring its stories and creators remain visible for generations to come.

Kyriakos joined Uni Systems in 2019 as a Senior Customer Interaction Management Solution Manager within the Telecom & Enterprise Business Unit, being responsible for presales and solution-level management of Contact Center-related modules and solutions. In May 2025, he became Senior Customer Experience (CX) Architect.

We are building resilience and trust in Europe’s digital future, safeguarding EU institutions against the most sophisticated cyber threats. 🔐 Uni Systems, as part of the EUCYBERSAFE Consortium- with Unisys as leader and Wavestone- has been awarded the FREIA Framework Contract by the European Commission’s DG DIGIT. Over the next four years, the consortium will provide advanced cybersecurity operations and expertise.
