Congratulations to our EMEA finance and capital market teams for receiving two awards at the Global Capital European Securitization Awards 2025, including Commercial Real Estate Securitization Deal of the Year and Overall Deal of the Year – both for our Cardiff securitization transaction in 2024. This transaction was the first public data center securitization in Europe, breaking new ground for one of the fastest growing infrastructure sectors in Europe. Recently, several members of our EMEA team spent the day at Dyffryn Gardens National Trust in Cardiff, Wales planting trees and contributing to the renovation of their arboretum. The team added more greenery and color to the area and the addition of more trees helped them get closer to their climate action goals!
