Our Grass Roots Employee Resource Group (ERG) recently completed a several month cleanup campaign in honor of Earth Day. Grass Roots held 19 events across 7 countries with more than 300 volunteers. They picked up 1,754 pounds of garbage and planted 2,100 trees. Congratulations, Grass Roots; we are proud of your efforts! #WeArenVent

Our Connecting Cultures Employee Resource Group recently had a great opportunity to serve Common Hope through the Gift of Hope Project. Common Hope promotes hope and opportunity in Guatemala by partnering with children, families and communities who want to participate in a process of development to improve their lives through education, health care, housing and family development. The Gift of Hope Project provides birthday cards and presents for children in Guatemala. Our team of 28 wrote more than 80 birthday cards and wrapped 70 books.
