Our Charting Courses employee resource group members were excited to participate in the STARBASE Minnesota STEM at Work event, a weeklong educational program in which fifth graders plan a “mission to Mars.” Charting Courses educates and supports employees in discovering their career goals and expanding their horizons. Our employees taught participants about protective enclosures, electrical systems and data analysis.
