Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting technical challenge within a dynamic, multinational company?

Odyssey Technical Solutions is seeking Electronic Technicians to support the expansion of our European repair facility in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, and training will be provided where necessary.

Responsibilities

As an Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and testing advanced semiconductor equipment. Your key tasks will include:

• Interpreting and analyzing complex electronic schematics
• Setting up and using test equipment such as power supplies, digital multimeters (DVM), oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
• Diagnosing and resolving equipment failures using technical knowledge and specialized tools
• Soldering and de-soldering sensitive electronic components, including SMT components
• Repairing, calibrating, and testing customer equipment with a strong focus on quality and reliability
• Participating in on-the-job training, including potential training in Europe and the United States

Odyssey Technical Solutions is op zoek naar elektronica-technici ter ondersteuning van de uitbreiding van onze Europese reparatiefaciliteit in Nijmegen, Nederland. Dit is een fulltime functie met onmiddellijke indiensttreding, en waar nodig wordt training verzorgd.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Als elektronica-technicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opsporen en verhelpen van storingen, het repareren, kalibreren en testen van geavanceerde halfgeleiderapparatuur. Je belangrijkste taken zijn onder meer:
• Het interpreteren en analyseren van complexe elektronische schema’s
• Het opzetten en gebruiken van testapparatuur zoals voedingen, digitale multimeters (DVM), oscilloscopen en spectrumanalysatoren
• Het diagnosticeren en oplossen van storingen aan apparatuur met behulp van technische kennis en gespecialiseerde gereedschappen
• Het solderen en desolderen van gevoelige elektronische componenten, waaronder SMT-componenten
• Het repareren, kalibreren en testen van apparatuur van klanten met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid
• Deelnemen aan trainingen op de werkplek, waaronder mogelijke trainingen in Europa en de Verenigde Staten
