PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The holder of this position may perform the following tasks;

• Contact airlines for bookings with special needed conditions of the shipment and discuss tariff.

• Issue export related documents (MAWB, Manifest, EXA etc.)

• Add all related documents into Filebound

• Take care the documents and shipment complies with regulations and sending instructions.

• Prepare the shipment ready for carriage

• Check the number of parcels, actual weight and dimensions against the info in the job and make adjustments if necessary.

• Check the documents in relation to the shipment an final destination.

• Where needed an applicable the airline interface is used

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Have logistics knowledge ( preferred). Excellent interpersonal relationships. Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities. Computer skills (if applicable).
