ACCOUNTING ADMIN STAFF - DAVAO
Indo-Mindanao Resources Corp. is the appointed distributor of Indomie Mi Goreng instant noodle, the world's number 1 instant noodle according to Kantar. The company is currently expanding its business to more regions in the Philippines and is recruiting for Accounting Admin Staff position who would report to the Finance and Accounting Manager.
JOB SUMMARY
The Admin will oversee daily processing of operational expenses claims, including but not limited to marketing expenses, office expenses and employee expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting major is preferred.
- Applicants with experience and fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software, especially Ms Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-border teams.
- Is residing in or willing to be assigned in Davao
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively ensuring correctness of marketing and other operational expenses claims (liaise with relevant PICs)
- Ensure timely & accurate processing and make payment for those claims
- Respond to issues with those claims to for clarification & settlement
- Properly record all the claims and other admin tasks and provide monthly recap
- Provide assistance to sales supervisor when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
