VIPTutors is looking for talented developers who are LARAVEL and Vue experts

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years Laravel (production-level experience)
• 2+ years Vue experience (Vue 3 preferred)
• Strong experience with Pinia and Axios
• AI proficient
• Solid SQL optimization knowledge (indexing, query tuning, performance analysis)
• Web page design skills
• Experience integrating external APIs (e.g., Stripe, Zoom, or similar services)
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience using AI tools responsibly in development.
• Currently based in Philippines, Fluent in English and Tagalog
• With own device (laptop/desktop) and access to stable high speed internet

What You’re Signing up for:

• Base compensation is PHP 7,500 per week. Payments are processed monthly, every 5th of the month
• Work schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Shifts must begin in the morning or early afternoon, with at least 3 working hours completed during daytime hours. Start times from 5:00 PM onwards are not allowed.
• Fully remote setup with paid Philippine holidays
• Renewable 1-year contractor engagement
• Birthday benefit, health and retirement plan after 1 year
• Performance bonuses may be added based on delivery: 10% bonus for completing all weekly tasks on time; Up to 50% bonus for overdelivering or completing additional tasks beyond expectations

Work Setup & Collaboration

• You will be provided with a GitHub account to access and work on our repositories
• You will also have access to GitHub Copilot
• You’ll coordinate directly with the CEO for any questions regarding implementation, requirements, or expected behavior
• Other members of the tech team (designer and developer) will also be available to help you navigate the codebase and front-end design when needed

Workflow & Expectations

• We will align on tasks at the end of each week:
• Review completed deliverables
• Confirm whether weekly goals were fully achieved
• Plan and align on the following week’s priorities
• You are expected to manage your own schedule and working hours independently
• The primary expectation is that assigned weekly tasks are completed on time and with quality

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
