Role

Tétris Deisgn & Build is looking for a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work on several Corporate Office and Commercial sector Interior / Fit Out / Refurbishment projects.

What this job involves
Excellent take-off skills are required from both accuracy and speed perspectives.
Preparation of Budget estimates.
Preparation of procurement documentation.
Tender evaluations.
Preparation of contract Documents.
Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.
Review costs in conjunction with budgets.
Price and check additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork.
Attending design team meetings.
Be a strong team player and have the willingnesss to learn.
Represent the company professionally and diligently at all times.

Relevant Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.
Experience in Interior fit-out / Partitioning / Refurbishment projects is preferred but not essential..
Corporate Real Estate / Commercial Office projects would be an advantage.
Willingness and desire to learn and take on responsibility.
