Het Corporate team

Ons Corporate team bestaat uit een gedreven groep advocaten (twee partners, twee senior associates, drie associates en een paralegal). We ondersteunen cliënten bij fusies, overnames en herstructureringen en begeleiden het volledige M&A proces van due diligence tot closing. We werken aan uitdagende (internationale) transacties in sectoren als life sciences, financial services en telecom. Onze teamcultuur is informeel, energiek en gericht op samenwerking, met snelle communicatie, korte lijnen en een gezonde dosis humor. En wij zijn op zoek naar een Legal PA die met ons meegroeit en ons team versterkt.

Jij

• Je brengt minstens 5 jaar ervaring mee als Legal PA en voelt je thuis binnen een corporate of notariële omgeving.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in zowel de corporate als notariële praktijk, notariële is een pre.
• Je werkt met zorg en precisie, anticipeert op wat er nodig is en beweegt moeiteloos mee in een dynamische praktijk.
• Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Engels uitstekend, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
• Je beschikt over HBO of universitair werk en denkniveau.
Je bent vaardig met Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint en Excel, en hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van iManage of een vergelijkbaar systeem.

Wat ga jij doen

Je bent de spin in het web van de Corporate praktijk en de rechterhand van Frits Burg en Alexander Spoor (partners Corporate). Je werkt nauw samen met één andere Legal PA. Je bent op de hoogte van wat er speelt, kent de weg binnen de (internationale) organisatie van Pinsent Masons en ondersteunt de advocaten bij de behandeling van zaken/ Je bent samen met de advocaten en de andere Legal/ Notarieel PA het gezicht van de corporate praktijk naar buiten toe en bouwt goede relaties op met onze cliënten en (internationale) collega’s. Ook ondersteun je het team in de communicatie met rechtbanken, instanties en andere derden.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Agendabeheer, maken van afspraken en afwikkelen van telefoon en mailverkeer;
• Online en fysiek dossierbeheer;
• Het voorbereiden van (notariële) correspondentie en (proces)stukken;
• Rolbeheer en bewaking van deadlines en voortgang;
• Planning en boeken van reizen;
• Diverse administratieve werkzaamheden (onboarding cliënten, facturatie, declaraties verwerken en de interactie met de daarbij betrokken teams);
• Opbouwen van sterke klantrelaties
Hands on ondersteunen bij evenementen en business development.

The Corporate Team

Our Corporate team is a dynamic group of legal professionals two partners, two senior associates, three associates, and one paralegal. We support clients through mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, guiding them across the entire M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to closing. We handle complex, often cross‑border transactions in sectors including life sciences, financial services, and telecoms.

About You

• You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Legal PA and feel comfortable in a corporate or notarial environment.
• Ideally, you have experience in both corporate and notarial practices; notarial experience is a strong plus.
• You work with care and precision, anticipate what’s needed and adapt easily within a dynamic practice.
• You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• You operate at HBO or university working/thinking level.
You are skilled with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel; experience with iManage or a similar system is preferred.

Your Role

You are the central point of coordination within the corporate practice and the right hand of the two Corporate partners. You work closely with one other paralegal. You stay on top of everything happening within the team, navigate the broader (international) Pinsent Masons network with ease and support our lawyers throughout their cases.

Together with the lawyers and the other Legal/Notarial PA, you represent the corporate practice externally and build strong relationships with clients and international colleagues. You also support the team in communications with courts, authorities and other third parties.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Calendar management, scheduling and handling phone and email communication.
• Online and physical file management.
• Preparing (notarial) correspondence and procedural documents.
• Managing court rolls, deadlines and overall progress tracking.
• Planning and booking business travel.
• Various administrative tasks (client onboarding, invoicing, processing expenses and liaising with related teams).
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Handson support for events and business development activities.
