Our AI Launchpad Program is a structured 3-month training journey designed to groom future leaders. As a Pilot, you will gain exposure to real business scenarios through projects, simulations, and case studies instead of daily operational tasks. The program is designed to accelerate your professional growth by equipping you with critical problem-solving skills, leadership insights, and hands-on project experience in key business areas.

About the Program

Kickstart your career as a Pilot in Developer Work with a hands-on training program designed to build future-ready engineers. Over 3 months, you’ll gain mastery in serverless development, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise-grade systems while working on real-world projects.

Our structured pathway will take you from foundations to production excellence, with opportunities to become AWS-certified as you will be prepared to take the AWS Certified Developer - Associate (DVA-C02) examinations, obtain the certificate, and transition into a full-time Developer role.

1. Core Serverless Development:
Build scalable apps with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CDK

Explore advanced patterns: batch processing & orchestration

Deliver production-ready serverless applications

2. AI Development & Enterprise Integration:
Develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications

Implement resilience patterns & enterprise authentication

Integrate AI into enterprise-scale systems

3. Production Excellence & Certification:
Gain hands-on experience with payment systems & security best practices

Learn to build scalable and high-performance solutions

Work toward achieving AWS Certification

What You’ll Learn & Do:
Who We’re Looking For:
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT,
or related fields

Familiarity with basic programming (Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript)

Interest in cloud computing (AWS), AI/ML, or serverless architecture

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn

Team player with good communication skills

Eligible student applicants should have the following criteria:

Students have completed their degree, graduating, or at their end semester (practical
phase)

All roles require strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude

Previous internship/project experience in relevant field is preferred

Academic excellence with minimum 3.0 CGPA/equivalent

Leadership roles in college activities are valued

Certifications in relevant domains strengthen candidacy

Coding tests/case studies will be part of selection process for technical roles
