As a Customer Relations Assistant, you will be at the heart of the customer experience—serving as the first point of contact and making a real difference in every interaction. You’ll build strong communication and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to end-to-end customer processes. • You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders, enquiries, and service requests with professionalism
• You will manage customer communications across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• You will resolve customer issues and complaints, taking ownership to deliver effective solutions and satisfaction
• You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery
• You will drive service excellence, contributing to process improvements and enhancing overall customer experience

• You communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional dialects as an added advantage
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with digital systems
• You bring hands-on customer service experience, delivering professional and responsive support
• You perform well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You have SAP knowledge or a willingness to learn, with prior experience being a plus
