Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, interpretation, and management of transport operations data to support informed decision-making and operational improvements. The role focuses on identifying trends, monitoring performance, and generating data-driven insights that help optimize transport efficiency and overall operational performance. It also supports reporting, process analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant experience in data analysis. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. The candidate is detail-oriented and capable of transforming data into actionable insights to support operational efficiency and business decision-making.
