LEGAL & COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR

Pasig City

Legal and Compliance Supervisor oversee the preparation of the Healthcare Service Agreement, review and formulates contract terms and conditions in accordance with law, morals, good customs, public order and public policy.

The role of the Legal and Compliance Supervisor includes knowledge and awareness to the role of a corporate secretary, company policies and government regulatory guidelines, ensure that the company is updated when it comes to rules and regulations set forth by the regulatory agencies. Legal and Compliance Supervisor shall provide assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer in handling compliance with other agencies.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowledgeable with the functions of Corporate Secretary;
  • Review all kinds of Contracts, either for HMO Products or Company related transaction;
  • Coordinate issues and concerns with the Chief Legal Officer;
  • Supervise and check the preparation of HSAs Corporate Accounts, & Individual/Family Accounts by Legal and Compliance Analyst;
  • Supervise and Review the performance of the Legal and Compliance Analyst;
  • Introduce contract templates, as well as applicable provisions/clauses on the HSA;
  • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in submitting regulatory requirements with IC, AMLC and NPC;
  • Monitor Data Monitoring Sheet and Update the R03 in accordance with the ISO Certification;
  • Prepare correspondence and address minor issues, concerns related to HSA’s;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LLB/JD) or any related course;
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Supervisor of a team handling compliance or legal matters;
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance and legal documentation;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and MS Excel);
  • Preferably with experience in HMO industry.
