DESCRIPTION:As a Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated communications strategies across PR, digital, social media, content, and KOL engagement. You’ll act as the day-to-day client lead, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver communications that are both creative and commercially impactful. Internally, you’ll manage junior team members—guiding their growth, quality of work, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll bring strategic counsel to clients, ensure campaigns stay on track across multiple channels, and uphold PRecious Communications’ high standards of storytelling, delivery, and business partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Lead day-to-day management of integrated accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.

  • Chair internal and client WIP meetings, driving progress and accountability across all deliverables.

  • Oversee development and submission of meeting contact reports and monthly activity reports with clear performance metrics.

  • Ensure high-quality outputs across all materials—press releases, content, media lists—before client submission.

  • Lead briefing and coordination with third-party partners (designers, digital vendors, event producers).

  • Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Act as main point of contact for key clients, managing day-to-day communication and building long-term trust.

  • Manage account budgets, forecasting, and profitability in consultation with senior leads.

  • Resolve complex client and operational issues proactively, bringing in senior counsel where needed.

  • Supervise media monitoring and ensure timely reporting of coverage and insights.

Client Management & Strategy Counsel

  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, helping them navigate communications challenges and opportunities across PR, digital, and owned channels.

  • Lead research and insight development for strategy planning (e.g. competitor analysis, audience profiling, trend monitoring).

  • Shape client narratives and messaging frameworks in collaboration with content and creative leads.

  • Anticipate and address reputational or campaign risks—alerting internal stakeholders and advising clients accordingly.

  • Facilitate media training and prep sessions for senior client spokespeople, ensuring readiness across formats.

Represent the agency in key client meetings and presentations, confidently defending recommendations and guiding decision-making.

  • Support senior leadership in business development or renewal discussions with strategic insights and growth recommendations.

Content Development

  • Research and assist in development of content (e.g. press releases, FAQs, media briefing materials, client briefing books, presentation decks, social / digital content, speeches / talking points, message house, editorial calendar)

  • Adapt and customise content for different audience and formats

  • Create hooks and create media / audience appeal (e.g. strong pitch, headline, caption)

  • Use narrative and composition skills to tell a story

  • Support team with business development research.

AI Fluency & Digital Agility

  • Ability to use AI tools selectively and thoughtfully to elevate work — without compromising originality, strategic thinking, or brand integrity.

  • Demonstrates sound judgment when leveraging AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, image/video generation, summarisation tools) to ideate, research, and enhance client deliverables.

  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies, while ensuring ethical use and relevance of output.

  • Strong digital literacy and openness to AI-enhanced workflows that drive speed, scale, and innovation.

Requirements

We are looking for a team player who can collaborate well with other team members across the region and understand that working hard and having fun are not mutually exclusive.

  • 6–8 years of experience in a PR and/or integrated communications agency, with experience owning client accounts and leading multi-channel campaigns.

  • Comfortable managing both junior teammates and senior clients—you provide mentorship, structure, and clarity to teams while earning client trust through strategic counsel and delivery.

  • Adept at translating complex or B2B topics into compelling narratives across earned, owned, and paid channels.

  • Skilled in campaign planning, timeline management, and budget control—able to balance creativity with operational excellence

  • Strong collaboration skills—able to work across content, creative, digital, and strategy teams to shape integrated thinking.

  • Enjoys developing junior talent and creating an environment for team learning, quality control, and professional growth.

  • Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, social listening platforms, or performance reporting dashboards.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is required, with strong English communication skills for client-facing and regional work

  • Account & Client Leadership

    • Lead the management of a diverse client portfolio across consumer (B2C) brands, Singapore government/public-sector clients, and corporate/technology organisations.

    • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, building trusted and long-term relationships.

    • Lead internal and client WIP meetings, ensuring accountability and strong follow-through.

    • Oversee account delivery, timelines, budgets, and profitability in consultation with senior leadership.

    • Identify risks, scope changes, or reputation issues and escalate appropriately.

    • Maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

  • Strategy & Integrated Campaign Delivery

    • Provide strategic communications counsel across PR, digital, social, influencer, and owned channels.

    • Develop integrated campaign strategies supported by audience insights, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

    • Shape narratives, messaging frameworks, and campaign storytelling across platforms.

    • Support regional campaign delivery and collaborate with cross-market teams where required.

    • Support client growth by identifying opportunities to expand integrated communications scope.

  • Content, Media & Influencer Excellence

    • Oversee the development of high-quality content including press materials, messaging frameworks, thought leadership pieces, social and digital content, and influencer campaign content.

    • Lead earned media engagement strategies, including building journalist relationships, developing media angles, pitching story opportunities, and securing editorial coverage across relevant publications.

    • Manage influencer/KOL programmes including influencer identification and selection, briefing and coordination, content review and approvals, and performance tracking and reporting.

    • Ensure communications comply with brand, regulatory, and government communication guidelines where applicable.

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth

    • Support revenue growth by identifying organic growth opportunities within existing client accounts as well as new BD opportunities.

    • Contribute to new business development efforts, including pitch research, proposal preparation, and presentation support.

    • Demonstrate commercial awareness by supporting account profitability, scoping accuracy, and resource planning.

    • Stay informed on industry trends and proactively identify opportunities aligned to client needs.

  • Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Mentor and guide junior team members to maintain quality and professional development.

    • Work closely with creative, digital, strategy, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

    • Brief and coordinate third-party vendors including production partners, influencers, and event agencies.

    • Comfortable working in a matrix environment.

6. AI Fluency & Digital Agility

  • Use AI tools responsibly to support research, ideation, content development, and workflow efficiency while maintaining originality and strategic quality.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • Minimum 7 years of PR experience with integrated communications experience, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Singapore government or public-sector communications clients.

  • Strong understanding of the Singapore media, social, and influencer/KOL landscape.

  • Proven experience leading integrated communications campaigns across PR, social, digital, and influencer channels.

  • Experience managing both consumer and corporate/technology communications programmes.

  • Demonstrated contributions to revenue growth, including supporting pitches, proposal development, or client expansion initiatives.

  • Experience working on campaigns with regional or multi-market exposure.

  • Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.

  • Currently based in Singapore.

Preferred

  • Experience working on corporate reputation or thought leadership campaigns.

  • Experience working with government-linked or regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with analytics, social listening, or reporting platforms.

  • Additional Southeast Asian market experience.
