Operations Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores, warehouse operations, wholesale division, and group stock management. The role requires strong process discipline, leadership, and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.

Key focus areas include: retail store oversight, warehouse and wholesale operations, stock control and loss prevention, cross-department coordination, customer complaint resolution, staff training, and operational processes and reporting. The role includes regular site visits and active involvement in operational improvements across the group.

Requirements: Matric, valid driver’s licence, proven operations management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a hands-on, solutions-driven approach. Own car preferred.

Salary: Market-related and experience dependent
