About the role?

Drive revenue growth and product performance of non-battery automotive accessories by managing product selection, merchandising strategy, and sales activation across retail outlets and pitstops.

Key Responsibilities

    • Increase revenue per square feet at pitstops through non-battery products.
    • Identify high-margin, fast-moving complementary items such as Battery covers, Battery testers, Terminal protectors, Jump starters, Automotive accessories
    • Develop sales strategies to push these products across pitstops.
    • Assess new product opportunities based on Market demand, Margin potential, Sales velocity, Operational feasibility, Recommend products suitable for pitstop retail environments, & Validate product-market fit through pilot tests.
    • Design how products should be displayed in pitstops Shelf placement, Bundling strategies (battery + accessories), Impulse purchase positioning, & Optimize space utilization to maximize revenue per square feet
    • Work with pitstop teams to ensure product availability, Sales training, Proper product explanation to customers, & Implement upsell strategies alongside battery replacement jobs.
    • Assist Product Manager in evaluating new products sourced from China.
    • Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to identify new product opportuni es Workshops, Auto accessory shops, Online marketplaces, & Automotive distributors

Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, Retail, or Supply Chain
    • Basic automotive knowledge is an advantage
    • 2–5 years in retail, merchandising, automotive, or product commercialization
    • Experience in multi-branch retail or aftermarket industry is an advantage
    • Strong commercial and sales-driven mindset
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to translate product features into sales value
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Hands-on and field-oriented
