About the role?
Responsible for handling customer inquiries related to vehicle service and repair, ensuring a smooth service experience from appointment to completion. Acts as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop while maintaining high customer satisfaction. (Salary range offered: RM2,200 - RM2,600)
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand repair or service requirements.
- Manage service appointments, registration, and scheduling.
- Promote services and upsell parts or additional services when needed.
- Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor on job progress and vehicle status.
- Update customers on service progress and completion timeline.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services is an added advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
