Tier 3 IT Support Engineer / Project Specialist
US MSP Environment
We are looking for a highly skilled Tier 3 IT Support Engineer / Project Specialist to work remotely supporting US-based MSP clients. This role operates from 15:00 – 00:00 SA time to align with US business hours. You will need to stay in close proximity to Cape Town or Sandton to utilize our offices as a backup if needed; being offline in this role is not an option.
This is a senior, client-facing role suited to an engineer with strong technical depth, excellent spoken English, and the ability to confidently engage with international MSP teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
You will be involved in advanced escalations, new client setups, migrations, infrastructure improvements, and complete technical projects across cloud, server, network, security, and modern workplace environments.

Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building proper systems, and delivering projects that improve client environments.
You should be comfortable working beyond reactive support, taking ownership of technical outcomes, and helping US-based MSPs deliver a higher standard of service to their clients.
Please note the selected candidate will also be subject to extensive background checks due to the sensitive nature of our clients.
Pay: R45 000,00 - R65 000,00 per month
