They give the opportunity to people that don't speak dutch. Also, they offer lunch every day

It is a very inflexible company that, sadly, is run by a very rude CEO. Most managers would lie to your face to keep their jobs, and most management will only consider you for relevant positions if you are Dutch. Promised can vanish easily and then they deny ever having promised anything. High rotation, people leave often, rotation was close to 30% yearly when I was there. I remeber being told of for catching a taxi to the train station while managers while take their company tesla to the airport and pay for full parking.
