There's always something going on within the company. You can work from home which gives me a lot of flexibility. Great colleagues to work with. New CEO looks solid and is doing his best to address the companies painpoints.
Minpunten
Lots of personnel changes (reorg/cost saving etc.), not a lot of stability within the leadership team (third SVP within 3 years). So that makes it hard to execute a long term strategy.
