On top of that, I always get to work on interesting projects that matter and create real value. There's no such thing as a “fake” or easy task to start with. I wouldn’t call it a drawback, but rather a challenging aspect of the role: you’re given real responsibility from day one, so it’s up to you to recognize when to ask for help. You’ll receive great feedback from your peers, but there will also be moments when you’re leading projects and need to decide when a quick sync, a piece of advice, or a bit of direction would help you move faster.
