1. Mandatory trips to the US where they tell you how ineffective you are and bring some expensive celebrities for that. That lasts several days and you don’t even leave the hotel 2. Every week CEO is doing the same 3. Every day your manager is doing the same 4. I had 8 or 9 pointless interviews 5. I had a month of an onboarding, during which we read books, wrote poems and some other stuff which no one cared about
