- very poor management style - founder Vladimir was micro-managing almost every individual in the team, no autonomy, no trust in new employees, but also no space for new ppl to prove themselves - they hire ppl without experience, don't provide proper training or onboarding and then set unrealistic expectations - they have a ridiculous hiring process: I wen through 6 steps to get hired (including a light version of a GMAT test in English, multiple interviews with the team, HR and 2 work assignments) to come to so silly admin tasks (like invoices, etc.) - i was promised my own clients, never got a chance even to jump into a client call once in 1,5 months - i was managed by my peers - two 20/25-year old ladies, who had no leadership experience whatsoever
