Pluspunten

Een zeer dynamische baan waarbij je een ware verbinder bent tussen alle operationele afdelingen, commercie en de klant. In deze functie heb ik enorm veel geleerd over de fundamenten van client service binnen data, analytics & technology. De waardering vanuit de klant is enorm.

Minpunten

Door de hoog complexe omgeving is het soms moeilijk om prioriteiten te stellen. Wanneer iets niet goed gaat is de impact bij de klant direct zichtbaar.

Management quality is inconsistent and often contributed to a stressful and unhealthy work environment.Communication lacked transparency. Management messaging promotes flexibility and work-life balance, including support for part-time arrangements. In practice however, employees who exercised their formal right to work part-time often found themselves gradually sidelined.Several of these employees have been pushed out, either through reduced opportunities, subtle pressure or being label as "no longer a fit". HR processes appeared supportive on the surface, but in practice is largely with the management interests. This makes it very difficult to feel heard or address any issues. Clear imbalance in how people are valued.Long-tenured, hard-working employees are relied heavily to keep operations running, yet no recognition and advancement are limited. At the same time, newer hires are promoted abruptly, often without demonstrated performance, sufficient knowledge or leadership capability. This creates frustration, eroded trust in leadership decisions and reinforced a perception of favouritism rather that merit-based progression.
