Toxic ownership, treat people like slave workers, toxic higher management that makes the work environment almost impossible to handle. Illegal practices trying to make employees sign off their work rights by Dutch law, requests to sigh fake reports, do not address complaints from staff about toxic work environment. Management don't stay more than a few months, constantly hiring new managers because others quit or get sick or sue the company. It's sad because the place have potential but the owners are tyrants and abuse workers and abuse Dutch Law.
