We can assure you that in regard to our CEO search, we are being meticulous and intentional in our search and are putting in the time and effort that it deserves. We value our employees' feedback immensely and do have quite a few channels that you can always feel free to leverage to let us know your thoughts in real-time. We are currently running an end-of-year culture survey specifically to understand where we can improve, and you can always go to your manager, submit an HR ticket, or speak directly to a member of our People Team. We always value transparency across our organization which is why we also have our monthly regional newsletters and interactive meetings, as well as company wide calls where you can submit questions and hear updates across the organization.
