Pluspunten

The product is great, but they are going to change the commission payments we receive. I do not know how they can do this legally.

Minpunten

The company has no CEO, COO or CTO or Sales leader for over a year. There are a lot of closed door meetings and rumors of layoffs and more control from booking.com. The current boss creates a culture where it is clear the managers are scared and do not know what is going on. We are all looking for jobs, and others will leave after March bonus.

We can assure you that in regard to our CEO search, we are being meticulous and intentional in our search and are putting in the time and effort that it deserves. We value our employees' feedback immensely and do have quite a few channels that you can always feel free to leverage to let us know your thoughts in real-time. We are currently running an end-of-year culture survey specifically to understand where we can improve, and you can always go to your manager, submit an HR ticket, or speak directly to a member of our People Team. We always value transparency across our organization which is why we also have our monthly regional newsletters and interactive meetings, as well as company wide calls where you can submit questions and hear updates across the organization.
