This company feels like a revolving door. The good people leave as soon as they can, and that says a lot. The HR team is easily the most ineffective and stupid HR department I've ever dealt with. They don't interested in employees' welfare and often appear to serve management agendas rather than employees. If you're not Chinese, don't expect the same opportunities for promotion or career growth. Compensation is another mystery. The people who were sent from China doing the same job can be paid 3-4 times of your salary, which created a sense of unfairness and damaged morale Internal politics matter far more than merit. I would not recommend this company unless you're comfortable working in that kind of environment.
