Beware this is a FIRING company. They do not value the employee‘s performance. They know all well known tricks and short ways to fire people. I have seen many employees been asked to leave on the same day though they were star performers and of course not the manager’s pet. All the access would be removed immediately, as if they did some crime and last month salary would be paid. Many employees usually go on stress leave after 6 months. Try not to join and if there is no other way then join ONLY with Permanent contract.
