Great team mentality with those that actually create value in the company. Production leads, mechanics, machinists work diligently.
Minpunten
Leadership/Management team does not have a clue, or at least does not know what goes into the jobs of those below them. Unclear instructions and deliverables, projects will be brought up as a surprise, and then either will need to be urgently rushed, or cancelled without being mentioned to the people they were delegated to. State of business/future goals are not made clear to employees, which can leave them feeling confused or without direction. 8 hour workday often becomes 4 hours of meetings, leaving little time to do the actual work.
