I worked for Oxfam Novib, for a couple of years, I really liked the working conditions - A four-day work week with flexible working hours. Salaries are not very high - but you work for a good cause.
Minpunten
Unfortunately, the company culture for fundraisers is incredibly toxic. I was subjected to microaggressions on a daily basis, which made me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and unsafe.
