Company is entirely driven on the whims of the CEO, with a toothless senior management team carrying out the only thing that matters to the CEO and the board namely cutting costs through firing people. There is no long term strategy to actually deliver growth (currently the strategy changes every 3-6 months) which results in Pexip being a very political and cut-throat company where all decisions are made in Norway lacking a view of what is happening in the rest of the world

'Freedom and flexibility' results in 'basically, do what you want, because we don't have a clue where we are going'. Since two years, it's been one downsizing round after another. The company is passed its peak. Pexip doesn't know its customers and the partner network, once our strongest asset, is now our achilles heel. Everything is decided in Oslo by a handful of people.
