You truly own your own work and get to strategise and be creative with new processes and ideas. Because the company is still in the early stages, you can really make your mark and see successes more quickly. The company cares about its employees and offers flexibility in the hours you work and the time you can take off. You also get to travel very often to visit clients or to have team days with other colleagues.

Because it is a young company, the career advancement track is not set. It can be hard to know where you grow.

Great open environment with flat hierarchy, everyone is very friendly, approachable and willing to help you learn. Young company, so plenty of responsibility and chances to define your own path.
