      Company events are fun, office is fairly central and new.

      Minpunten

      Office politics, not enough parking spaces, HR & management toxicity (no real communication top down and too much politics and power plays). This results in high employee turnover and staff leaving too soon. Salaries barely increase. Too much micromanagement.

      - fun team - events now and then

      Minpunten

      - toxic culture due to high political environment - lot of backstabbing and competition - no room for new ideas or improvement - there is no real care for employees, you are a number in the end - very high employee turnover rate

      Dear Sir / Madam, your above comments are being acknowledged. However, we do not feel that they depict a real picture of life within RS2. Internally we have a system that propagates and fosters the opportunity for career and personal growth. As for lack of improvement/ideas, i'm sure you can understand that select information cannot be disclosed, however ample effort is devoted to improving our product as well as followed methologies and culture internally.
