You've got a good product to work with, it proves itself to customers and is an easy sell. You do need to get used to internal reporting systems but once you got that it's an easy ride.

Managers have no idea what they're doing. Only hire people that can't stand up to them. If you don't join a company event (in the evening hours) the entire company tells you off behind your back. Pay is OK, but culture can get toxic.
