Very product/technically oriented. That’s brilliant for the product and dev departments, less for the customer facing ones.

one potential downside of the current environment at Rentman is the limited availability of mentors or experienced colleagues to learn from, particularly for those at higher levels within the company. While the company encourages individual initiative and autonomy, there may be times when employees would benefit from more guidance or mentorship from senior team members. This lack of mentorship could potentially hinder professional development and growth for some employees. Despite this challenge, I am optimistic about the future of Rentman. As the company continues to grow and evolve, I anticipate that there will be more opportunities for knowledge sharing and mentorship, particularly as new talent is onboarded and existing employees gain more experience.
