Pluspunten
Colleagues are talented and nice folks. Work hours are manageable, and the pay is fine. The day to day operations are functional, but not incredibly dynamic or challenging.
Minpunten
It's a very small company so the ceo is a micromanager who is hyperfocused on his own tasks that he gives no clear direction for other departments. It gets frustrating as other leads have great ideas or are on top on other issues, but at the end of the day only the ceo has the say and doesn't seem to consider the points of others, thus work gets repetative with unsolved issues. The ceo also gives actionable feedback pretty late into the pipeline, opting to give invasive or unnecessary comments unrelated to work. Because of this, I believe there is no room for growth.
