What I love about Settly is the company culture, the people that drive it and the focus on helping others on a day to day basis. Both internally as well as clients and users. The mission is very much aligned with the day to day practices and how the product is build, but also how the company looks at talent and GTM motions. Adding value is key to all.
Minpunten
There is always room to improve. In Settly's case is the processes and systems. A rapid scaling company will inevitably have hiccups and challenges with the right set-up. I've seen a lot of improvements though in my time here.
