Low salaries that do not align with the cost of living. No structured onboarding plan, so I had to navigate everything independently. Lack of growth plans and career advancement opportunities. No recognition or support from managers when needed. Managers are more focused on their own numbers than on effectively managing their teams. Overall disorganization and lack of communication.
