    I think Spencer Ogden is a good job out of college or if you have a few years in sales, they only hire entry level. You will be challenged and it is a good job to help you build a strong work ethic and learn to work smarter.     You have to pay for parking, no 401k match. These are my biggest concerns. While the hours are fair and no one makes you stay late , the early finish Friday should just end at 12 or go to 1 with no lunch, it's kind of silly to go to lunch then come back and work for 1.5 hours before round up. Everyone would absolutely love that. Also, it is silly that you have to ask a half day of vacation off if you leave after lunch...

    The training given was amazing. Good systems and facilities. Fair hours and pay.

    More support on the job needed. Commission sharing wasn't implemented during my employment - you are kind of on your own rather than a shared scheme so everyone benefits from their skill areas (i.e. BD / candidate searching etc)

    The company turnover is atrocious with all managers giving conflicting statements on how to run a business/team. To make things worse we had a Team Leader fired for no apparent reason a month and a half ago other than disagreeing with a statement from a higher up. The Team Leader walked into have a meeting and an hour later came out and was fired. Also, the company asks the internal employees to write positive reviews...

    Please quit lying to employees - Tell the truth about the state of the business, having close to a 75% Turnover rate within the first year of somebody starting, and the constant changing of markets in the business. If you're up front and honest with people they'll respect the company a lot more in the long run.

      Lesser evil compared to many other recruiting agencies, physical work environment is nice, and they have a good graduate training academy. They do try to take care of their employees by providing breakfast and also having decent incentive trips

      Very military style of 8.30am to 6pm working hours previously with some name and shame. Stressful environment

      When there are cons managers and senior management do look to discuss and resolve those issues. Thats a breath of fresh air for those who are familiar with how the back office/support usually just have to deal and carry on.
