We're proud of our relationship with Xebia (an IT services company), but it's incorrect to say that StackState is a part of Xebia. StackState is a privately-owned, independent company. Some of the executives and founders of Xebia have an ownership stake in StackState, as does a US-based venture capital firm Capri Ventures. This is the same set of investors and Directors who backed XebiaLabs, a CI/CD software company that spun out of Xebia (as did StackState) and had a great outcome. Xebia does provide some services to StackState (e.g. IT, legal, facilities), but this is a vendor relationship.
The expectations for the company are high, and these are held by everyone from the investors to the management team to the employees. We have an ambitious mission and big potential. We want people who have high expectations for their own performance and career to join us. The company grew revenue rapidly in 2021 and we plan to continue on that path.
