This company seems very confused about its direction. They frequently change policies and only reveal them at the last moment. I was interviewed and hired as a Backend Engineer, but assigned to an Infrastructure Engineer role without even being consulted. The same happened to others who applied for Frontend positions — even though their contracts stated Frontend/Backend, they were placed in DevOps/Infrastructure roles instead. They are very good at tricking and abusing your difficult situation. Before accepting the offer, I requested and received written confirmation by email of a letter of intent for mortgage purposes. However, the letter they eventually provided was useless for securing a mortgage because they had quietly changed the contract policy from 1 year + indefinite to 1 year + 1 year + indefinite. I only learned about this change after I had already made significant arrangements. As a result, I ended up in a very difficult situation: while I had been preparing to buy a place, I was forced to rent for another year instead only in a week time left to move out. I know people who got fired even though they have indefinite contract and being offered very little amounts way below what they should offer fairly. If you are looking for stability stay away from here.
