      entrepeneurial company, very positive spirit and team atmosphere

      Unicorn start up that is just throwing money into markets, might also mean that you're simply a guinea pig for a certain market which does not really work in the business model. South-Korean team works really hard, but not always efficient.

      - Very nice, international colleagues. Most people are very kind. - Nice subject matter. The work you are doing is pretty interesting. - The offices are very nice, large and modern! Good coffee too.

      Minpunten

      - There is an extremely toxic culture that promotes working until you get ill. Most people work overtime every single day (7 days a week), UNPAID. - The management wants people to think of the company as their family. Does not understand that people need a work-life balance. - Not possible to have a personal life. No time to take care of yourself. - Pay is not appropriate in relation with the many hours worked. Standard working hours are 9-7 + overtime. - Strategies of the company shift constantly. - Visa not provided as promised.
